Only We Can Audit Ourselves

The forensic audit in Maricopa County, Arizona poured fuel on the prairie fire of legislators and concerned citizens who are still asking questions, wondering what happened in their states, and looking to find the truth about the 2020 elections. The fact that AZ is doing the first audit of its kind in the nation has raised a number of interesting issues as to what needs to be looked at and how in an era of technology-dependent elections. It’s no longer simply canvassing, paper ballots, procedures, and tallies. Comprehensive and adequate audits now must include the tech that we’ve allowed to take over our elections. Databases, software, hardware, cybersecurity, data, accreditations, certifications, testing, tech competency, user management, access control, and more. Given all the technology used in our elections, state and federal laws mandating the preservation of unmolested election records must apply to all the tech that produces artifacts. Once these artifacts are reconstructed, it objectively illustrates what happened in any given election.

Up until now, Colorado has remained out of the national discussion about election integrity, fraud, and forensic auditing.  That changed on June 17th when Secretary of State Jena Griswold announced that she and her office would not allow Arizona-style forensic audits by third parties in Colorado. Which is ironic because, she’s essentially claiming that no one may audit the State but the State. Xi whiz, is she just Stalin for time? Given the incredibly complex technical nature of so many of today’s election systems, third parties are the only ones with sufficient technical expertise to provide any understanding of whether systems have been compromised.  Griswold’s announcement on Twitter was so heavily ratioed, she won “the gold standard” award for Tweeting (using the same criteria she used to determine that Colorado’s election system is the “gold standard”).  The responses to Griswold’s ham-fisted, panicked announcement show how witty, hilarious, and ticked-off Colorado voters are. Lauren Boebert, Ted Cruz, Jack Posobiec, Boris Epshteyn and other national figures joined in, publicly and rightfully roasting Griswold.   Read more…

Election Integrity or Gaslighting

“Gaslighting is an elaborate and insidious[i] technique of deception and psychological[ii] manipulation… to gradually undermine the victim’s confidence in his own ability to distinguish truth from falsehood, right from wrong, or reality from appearance, thereby rendering him pathologically dependent on the gaslighter in his thinking or feelings.”[iii]

We the concerned electors of Colorado should wonder if our elections were corrupted, as suspected in other states.  Oddly however, the Colorado GOP Chairman hosted a state-wide video call for party members with three Republican County Clerks, all denying fraud and claiming our system is the “Gold Standard” for elections.[iv] 

I think it is closer to Fool’s Gold than a “Gold Standard.”[v]  Four elected officials proclaiming that we should trust the election results is a gaslighting tactic that will make many people question the validity of the thousands of legal affidavits of fraud nation wide.

At the 12-15-2020 Colorado Legislative Audit Committee hearing, a Retired Air Force Officer testifying on cyber security said, “When the Department of State claims they have the ‘most secure elections,’ they have no basis of expertise to make that claim.” [vi]

Then there was this:
Denver, December 22, 2020 – The United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Colorado has awarded the Secretary of State’s Election Security unit with its Award of Excellence for its role in safeguarding the 2020 General Election. [vii]

Our doubts about election integrity should not be lessened when one government entity gives another government entity an award.  Instead, we should look more closely into those entities[viii] to see if this is a gaslighting technique.

In November, the Republican Canvass Board members from four different Colorado counties refused to certify the election.[ix]  One called for an audit of the election software. The others cited a variety of reasons in their minority reports, including the media’s cover-up of the Joe Biden scandals.  How can we have “Gold Standard” and “Award winning” elections with so much doubt in their integrity?

Never should there be hidden processes between the citizen’s legally cast ballots and the counting and recording of our votes.  There must never (NEVER!) be any other kind of ballots counted besides those that were legally cast. 

Above all, NEVER should we allow anyone to “win” an election because gaslighters demand we trust them.  Indeed, the very people who claim there is no election fraud also control every aspect of Colorado’s elections from the political party’s selection of candidates, to the casting of our ballots,[x] to the declaration of winners.

Legal ballots from legal voters should be the only determinant in who operates our government and what laws are implemented.  To ensure election integrity, We the People must realize and reaffirm that “Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed…”[xi]  Elections are the vehicle by which our consent is to be determined. 

To cure gaslighting, one must remove oneself from under the control of the entities doing it.  The line in the Declaration of Independence that follows the one quoted above is “That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government…”[xii]

A government that subjects its citizens to fraudulent elections must be altered or abolished.  If “new Government” is our right, then it is our duty to demand integrity in the elections whereby we choose our governing officials.  Election fraud undermines our ability to guarantee a Government OF the People.  There is no amount of gaslighting that can change that, but the gaslighters are counting on us to remain silent and under their control.  We must stop being their victims. 

We must wake up, Rise Up!, and demand integrity.
